Ordering

Browse through each of the collections and if there is a particular one that you like, all you need to do is get in touch and we can send some samples (up to three invitation samples free of charge or you can purchase full invitation sample packs via the shop). Please bear in mind that we are happy to change wording and colours, once a final order has been made, if required. All our collections are printed onto FSC certified 350gsm off-white or black card. We also offer a completely bespoke service, should you have something else in mind.

Once you’ve decided on your items and how many you will need, please do get back in touch and we will email you a quote. If you are happy to proceed we then send over an invoice and request all the relevant information that we will need to start the personalisation of your stationery.

Once you are happy with everything discussed, we will then take payment for the total amount due and this can either by BACS (bank transfer) or Paypal. On receipt of payment and having received your relevant information we will then begin the design process. You’ll receive your design proofs via email within five working days.

The design proof will be sent by email as PDFs and you will be asked to check and approve all of the stationery design, making sure layout, information (including wording and spelling) is exactly how you wish. We are more than happy to make adjustments at this stage.

Only once you are happy with and confirmed the designs will they be sent to print. Please note: After a proof has been approved and sent to print, PaperGrace cannot be held responsible for any wording, spelling or information errors.

We aim to have your stationery printed, packaged and delivered within 28 days of an order being placed. Delivery to UK addresses is £10. If you require delivery outside of the UK please get in touch for a quote.
